I am a digital project manager working both in France and Vietnam.
I am now experienced with IT Project management, UI & UX consulting for 10 years.

My experience in AXA France lead me to be a multimedia consultant & Art Director in charge of introducing new technologies, designing E-learning softwares, creating commercials, leading creatives meetings, in the headquarter of a worldwide company.

Graduated with a Science of IT management Master degree, I moved into a booming industry : the Mobile industry. In 2007 I joined Backelite, and was quickly involved in a full team of expert : creatives, engineers, technical consultants, sales, founders.

At this time, I was also in charge to meet customers, gather the functional needs, engineer innovative solutions and I started to be much more close to project management.

I decided to join Playsoft in 2010 in order to get closer to the Asian market as Mobile Project manager. It was the beginning of my Asian experience, managing multiple local teams for French customers.

I founded Device-it a small IT company in order to be able to do consulting missions and engineer IT solutions for my customers. It was a real challenge to set up a new business: I am still remotely working on few successful Web projects.

In 2013, Glass Egg Digital Media approached me for a new challenge: being Mobile Game Division manager. During one year, I was in charge to set up all IT processes, manage & evaluate 15 team members including 2D artists, After Effect artists, 3D Animators, Game Designers, Developers and Testers. The main mission was to lead the team in the good direction with new processes, to manage 3D Out-Sourcing mobile apps and be responsible to manage the main Mobile Game.

As a Mobile Division Manager, my work was to lead the team on the main homemade mobile game of the company. With a 15 to 20 members team, I had to ensure that the project stays within budget and that deadlines are met.

I had to works with specialists, guiding the game’s vision by deciding what stays and what goes in the game’s early stages. One of the big challenge was to ensure the identification and communication of product goals, project progress, by setting up proper management processes and dedicated tools.

I collaborated with 3D Producers and Game Designers to develop a time line in the pre-production phase and continue to work with others to ensure that the development team’s vision remains realistic.

My department was also responsible to deliver monthly updates on other smaller mobile app.
Thuse I was in charge of the identification, selection, negotiation, upgrading, definition and ongoing management of this oversea partner and other third parties to ensure high quality delivered within established budgets and schedules. I was Responsible for overseeing all phases of development from the concept phase of the features through release, as well as defining project milestones and controlling related payments.

My first step in asia was a turn over in my career: in charge of UI expertise and Mobile Project Management, I was managing local teams while all projects were engineered for famous French customers. Managing all types of profiles like : Designers, CSS developers, Engineers, Quality Control testers, the hardest challenge was to handle communication between local teams and European customers.

As an experienced UI Designer and a Project Manager, I had a key role to report customer’s brief to different departments: Artist, Development and Quality Assurance team.

Graduated with a Science of management Master degree specialized in IT, I had the opportunity to work in a fast growing environment turned on a booming industry : the mobile service industry. I was expected to support this startup with my Digital Art Director skills. At the same time, I was in charge to meet customers, gather the functional needs while the main goal was to report to our technical team and engineer innovative solutions.

With my team, I was experiencing several P.O.C (proof of concept) on multiple type of devices for SFR (VODAFONE) like Nokia Flashlite Technology, ARCHOS tablet software, bluetooth advertisement.

Then when iPhone iOS released in 2007, I was already very familiar with mobile interfaces, that’s the reasons I were able to adapt very quickly to design original iOS centered User Interfaces. Participating to recruitment and train Junior Interface designers was also one of my duties.

Have A Nice DAY was a supplier of the famous French Yellow Pages service. The main purpose of my team was to design a series of advertisement proposals for the Yellow Pages sales team.
As a 2D Graphic Designer I was in charge to design logos & Icon, design a lot of advertisement proposals under high pressure.

The daily delivery to our direct customer helped me to improve and optimise my designers skills according to precise quality processes. As a first real experience after during my training, I experienced working under pressure of a famous brand.
