After several experiences working as a Technical Consultant on three continents, I am now working as a Senior Project Manager for Dalet Digital Media Systems in New York City.

Dalet (EPA: DLT) software-based solutions enable media organizations to create, manage and distribute content faster and more efficiently, fully maximizing the value of assets. Dalet products are built on three distinct platforms that, when combined, form versatile business solutions that power end-to-end workflows for news, sports, program preparation, production, archive and radio.

♦ Project Management Responsibilities:
— Managed 5 projects simultaneously from scope to execution (up to 12 people per project).
— Coordination across multiple time zones between the projects teams in the US, and R&D offices in the UK, Italy and Israel (UTC -8 to UTC +3).
— Provided customer-facing service on-site, travelling 80% of the time in the US and in Canada.

♦ Technical Lead Responsibilities:
— Deployment and testing (UAT) of Dalet’s Web, Mobile, Software & Hardware solutions (up to 50 servers).
— Software development of custom workflows and integrations using BPM and Groovy (35 workflows developed in 2020).
— Technical Support by providing outstanding problem-solving skills (120+ tickets closed per year).

♦ Additional Responsibilities:
— Provided end-user training and administrator training to customers (up to 10 trainees per session).
— Produced requirements specifications for the product team (7 Business Requirements opened in 2019).

♦ Customer Success Achievements:
— Awarded the "Customer Hero" trophy by the company for the year 2019.
— Cross selling of software & services during project phase with 18 extensions in 2019.
— Recognized by the Director of Customer Success for providing the most organized handover documents (5 hands-off in 2019).
