Task Force to improve the OEE on the 4 most critical machine (smoothing of the OEE at 80%), 2% gain of OEE for the implemented actions.
Steering and coordination of the actions for the setting up of predictive maintenance (vibratory and thermographic analysis). 0,75% gain of OEE, 1.25% reduction of the failure rate.
