Context:
Automotive – Fluids transfert – SCR – German, Canadian, Korean customers – TO of the main project = 18M€
Missions:
Develop in co-design a SCR tank filling system (500000u/y, 30 references) unique for 9 vehicules divided on 3 markets: European, North American, Korean.
Realisation: Product developement from the RFQ to the serial production
• Managed the weekly technical meetings with customer in english
• Drove the action plan with the internal team
• Design and material definition after analysis of tests/simulations results and costs
• Quality: DFMEA and supplier audits
• Supplier consultations, including selections, drafting specifications
• Business trip in Europ to visit customers, suppliers or the Hutchinson production plant
• Envelop Soleau and patent submission
• Served as technical expert during Business development and responsed to RFQ’s
Results:
Met the customer requirements (specification, timing, costs). Drove long term value to the company through innovation: one patent created.
Benefits:
Immersion in the automotive industry (2 years). Apprenticeship and mastery of Italian. Held daily meetings in English with suppliers, customers and internally.
