FCM Travel Solutions is a global travel management company delivering strategic corporate travel and expense management services to medium size and multinational companies.
I am in charge of Data for FCM French and Swiss branch. I provide statistics both for Customers and Internal Actors.
My main missions are :
- Extract and transform the Travel Data to send to Australian Headquarter
- Deliver Reports to the Customers
- Transmit inconsistent data to Customer Service Managers and Implementation team
- Provide weekly financial results to Executive Board
- Display the KPI's of the travel agents
- Maintain Databases
- Guarantee Data Quality
The tools I use are MySQL for database administration and extracts, Python and R for report automation and data cleaning, QlikSense Desktop, R Plotly and Microsoft Excel for visualisation. I also access to MongoDB or NoSQL databases and maintain code in Excel VBA, Ruby and Google Script .
By decreasing importance, I am in relation with Account Management, Executive Board, Customer Service Managers, Back office system provider, Implementation Team, Developers, and Ticketing and Phone providers.
